Your Android, Writ Large
As an Android user, the range of apps available to you are quite substantial - everything from games to WhatsApp to utility tools, organizers and so on. Although controls for Android apps are limited to simple touch-screen interfaces, it would still be highly convenient if we had access to a larger, more delicate interface. BlueStacks is a program that facilitates this, allowing a user to simply and effectively run all of their Android apps on their PC and play them on their screens in real time. Setting up the BlueStacks App Player is a simple process. When you have installed the program, clicking Cloud Connect will bring you to a page containing your BlueStacks Channels PIN. This acts as a bridge between your Android device and your PC. Next, ensure that the BlueStacks Cloud Connect app is installed on your Android device. Open it up, enter the PIN number, and you're ready to go.
When you first open BlueStacks, it will basically look like a larger version of an Android screen, with the same buttons displayed at the bottom. Once your two devices are connected, you can then freely sync your Android apps with your PC using the Cloud Connect app's intuitive interface. Please note that there is some delay between when you sync an app and when it will appear on BlueStacks. If you are purchasing a new device, BlueStacks Cloud Connect can be used to sync all of your apps to the cloud server and re-sync them once you have installed the app on your new phone. From personal experience, I must say that this is highly convenient. In addition to enabling a user to access the apps, BlueStacks will also sync every app's data and settings, meaning that nothing is ever lost.
In addition to integrated connectivity between your PC and your Android, BlueStacks for PC also allows you to browse the appstore as you normally would and download apps thanks to BlueStacks's integrated search function. This will connect directly with the Google Play Store as well as several other popular app stores
In addition to integrated connectivity between your PC and your Android, BlueStacks for PC also allows you to browse the appstore as you normally would and download apps thanks to BlueStacks's integrated search function. This will connect directly with the Google Play Store as well as several other popular app stores. This is great if you want to test out an app quickly before syncing it with your Android. Whether you want to browse Facebook, chat using WhatsApp or play Candy Crush, BlueStacks facilitates this with its highly intuitive interface. Controls on PC shift from touch controls to click controls, with little else changing. This means that you can effectively engage with all of your apps without any compatibility issues. It should be noted that BlueStacks will not act as a substitute for your Android, since there will be a lot of features unavailable to PC users. While using BlueStacks, the user may encounter a few issues related to compatibility with apps. On occasion, I did notice that certain apps took longer to load up than others and that some would crash or not recognize keyboard inputs. If the app is well designed, though, this should not occur.
If you are an Android user who is constantly frustrated by poorly designed touch controls, or you are simply someone who prefers a bigger screen, BlueStacks will be able to help, allowing you to play all of your Android apps on your PC. It is easy to set up, highly compatible with hundreds of apps, has an integrated cloud service to ensure your apps, their data and their settings remain safe, and so much more. Sync between your Android device and your PC with Cloud Connect and enjoy the high resolution that BlueStacks App Player offers. Click controls make testing out any kind of app simple and intuitive. While there were some issues with certain apps making the transition and occasional crashing occurred, most of the time this was not the case. Overall, BlueStacks is a highly useful utility, enabling you to keep all of your apps safe and enjoy them in a familiar, but much larger interface.
