The next generation in instant-messaging, connecting you to your friends and people nearby

Pros

  • Instant-messaging
  • 100% free and always will be
  • Connect to those you know and people around you

Cons

  • Nothing noteworthy

Coco is an instant-messaging service you can use to communicate with friends and family so long as you have an internet connection such as WIFI.

Like others such as WhatsApp, Hike Messager, Telegram and Viber but to name a few, Coco lets you send texts to your contacts. You can see when people sign online and when they were last active, as well as when your messages have been delivered and read.

You can also create group conversations and chat among many. The application like the others mentioned above also lets you send push-to-talk voice messages.

As well as this you can share things such as photos, videos, and links, as well as lots of emojis and your geo-location so that the people know can see where you are when you send anything.

So what is different about Coco?

The cool thing about Coco is that you have your own profile set up which you can use to connect to others using the app. For example, as well as joining in on group conversations with the people you're already in contact with, you can also join public chat rooms and make new connections.

To top this Coco also has many social features for introducing you to people you might not have met otherwise. For instance, you can ask questions out to people nearby interacting with the app and even send winks acting in much the same way as a dating app such as Tinder.

While other apps do much the same as Coco, the developers have specified that their app will always remain free and that is one of the reasons you should definitely download it.
