Xfire is a free instant messaging software used by gamers. The instant messenger keeps a track of every member and it updates each other with the status of all the other friends logged-in at that point of time. As soon as you log into this instant messenger, it lets you know what your friends are doing. It serves as a game server browser and has many other features. It can detect in which ‘game-server’ people are playing, the levels at which their games are running and also, you may join a game that your friends are playing.
