Stronghold is a real-time strategy game set in ancient England during the Eleventh Century. You’ll have to defend your territory, battle against your enemies and make your city evolve over the years.

The objective is to defend your castle against the attack of enemy populations; therefore you’ll have to build walls and watchtowers. You’ll also have to train military units that will be the human support for your defense.

On the other hand, you’ll have to make your people advance economically. Construct civil buildings, gather resources and achieve as much well-being as possible for your villagers.

Graphically, Stronghold doesn’t disappoint: it has good models for buildings and units, as well as detailed scenes and realistic animations.
