Trouble With Robots Demo is an Indie game based on a similar storyline to Magic of Gathering, where you have to use card decks to cast spells on the robotic invasions that take place on Earth.
Furthermore, the first thing that you´ll notice about this Zynga type of title is the hand-drawn graphics that looks like the story is based in a fantasy medieval era. In addition, your main objective is to build the best decks and use intelligent tactics to place angry peasants on the field for each battle.
Unlock new cards as you make progress
On the other hand, not only can you use great combos to cast spells on your opposition, but you can also summon peasants, horses and even dragons to help you save the planet. Thus, using all these combination, you can finally send them back where they belong.
Also, you´ll notice that at the start you have to choose your set of cards (40 cards in total) before each combat. Besides, as you progress, you´ll unlock new ones that have different powers. Thus, the gameplay will keep you entertained at all times. Moreover, cards range from basic “summon three peasants” or “create 2 elves” to mid-range cards that will improve your stats and give short-term upgrades to you weapon range or melee scores.
Lastly, when you get to use powerful cards which involve magic, you can combine them with others to create some amazing combos. Something worth mentioning is that with this free demo, you can play the first 6 levels and also the very first challenge level with no time limits involved.
