Relive the zombie horror in Resident Evil: Revelations
This particular installment in the Resident Evil series has a timeline that takes place between the fourth and fifth games, right after the BSAA (Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance) is established. The plot focuses on Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield, the founders of the BSAA and also the protagonists of the original Resident Evil game.
Much like the original game, Resident Evil: Revelations focuses more on solving puzzles and exploring your surroundings. Players are provided with a limited amount of ammunition as well, so that the emphasis is more on survival rather than blasting any and all zombies to bits.
Other gameplay features include an over-the-shoulder camera view. The player can also switch back and forth between a third-person and first-person view. There is also a new game feature called the Genesis that detects hidden items throughout the game.
